Microsoft's SQL Server is our database engine. SQL Server provides the data capacity to handle the largest multi-location clients along with the replication necessary to offer protective redundancy.

Our networking operating system is Windows 2000/2003 Server which maximizes the performance of SQL Server applications and integrates easily with the software tools used in most desktop environments.

Our online client solutions combine HTML and XML to offer access to data without the requirement of installing software at the customer's office.

Our communications backbone consists of a 3MB pipe to our service provider that connects our branches, partners and employees using state of the art VPN technology.

In addition, every records center and delivery associate carries hand held PCs with integrated barcode scanning. Our drivers have portable receipt printers to validate every pickup and delivery transaction. Importantly, our people receive the training necessary to put the best of all our tools to work for every valued customer.
