Archive America offers you a number of choices in electronic data management, electronic file management and electronic document management.

Professional records managers and archival storage experts must transfer large amounts of detailed information, i.e., file folders, containers, and other media. We can help you to move that data electronically. The benefit of using our import is that there are comprehensive security and integrity safeguards integrated throughout all levels of the import process. However we also build interfaces that offer the ability to write directly to specific fields within our database. Moving this descriptive information properly allows us to provide you extremely flexible information management reports. We can designate how the information is delivered to you, i.e., media (paper, PDF, delimited, etc.), format (diskette, CD, FTP, etc.), and frequency (daily, weekly, monthly).

You can also move activity of request information electronically. We can post (ASCII formatted) lists of items requiring retrieval and delivery directly from your desktop. Whether attached to an email, or whether rotated via diskette or CD via our traditional couriers/drivers, Archive America would prefer to set up electronic communications for maximum accuracy and productivity that benefit both of us.
