Our system adapts to your own internal identification methods. We can cross-reference your file identification information (Alpha, Numeric, or Alphanumeric) allowing you to use your internal systems data to place requests or search our database for related client/file information.

Each one of your clients may have multiple files by category, record type, or volume. Whether it's policy data, claims information, or billing records - you may retrieve information by category or by an entire set. Archive America can link together any file type for each of your clients. When you place a request, we'll automatically know when multiple volumes exist and deliver the individual file or set of files. Our solutions guarantee accuracy, efficiency and timeliness for all of your offsite insurance information storage and management needs including digital/electronic imaging, computer data, hardcopy, microfilm/microfiche and other insurance document storage and records management services.

If documents are needed immediately, or when documents need to be sent to multiple parties, we offer scan on demand, a document conversion service that converts paper to electronic image allowing rapid delivery via email, file transfer, or on a CD.
